Profile

I practice exclusively Family Law and have since my family clerkship in 2003.  I specialize in DYFS litigation, serving as both defense counsel in proceedings brought by the Division of Youth and Family Services, as well as a DYFS consultant to matrimonial trial counsel.  In November 2008, I published an article entitled David v. Goliath: Defense Strategies for Litigating the Abuse and Neglect Trial Initiated by the Division of Youth and Family Services, which serves as a comprehensive overview of DYFS abuse and neglect cases and provides strategies for attorneys to employ in defending accused parents.  I am an editor on the Board of the New Jersey Family Lawyer, the statewide publication for Family Law judges and attorneys.  I have lectured and published articles on an array of family law topics.
