Anthony F. Malanga Jr. is a successful trial attorney who has been serving clients, primarily in Essex, Passaic, Bergen and Union counties in northern New Jersey, for more than 25 years. Anthony's practice focuses almost solely on civil litigation, which includes plaintiff's personal injury litigation, general commercial litigation, probate litigation and other disputed matters. Anthony has tried more than 50 cases to verdict, nine of which led to precedent setting decisions published in state and federal court case law reports. In 2005, Anthony secured a jury verdict for more than $7.25 million in a premises liability case, which was later recognized in Verdict Search as one of the top ten verdicts for that year.
Anthony graduated cum laude from Rutgers College and from Rutgers University School of Law. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1982 and has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney since 1994. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, in federal court for the Southern and Northern districts of New York, and in all New Jersey state and federal courts.
