Certified since 1991 as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Arthur N. Chagaris is a Master in the Justice Morris Pashman Chapter of the American Inns of Court. He was Editor-in-Chief of The American University Law Review, and, after law school, he was law clerk to the Hon. Austin L. Fickling, III of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He was attorney of record in Hupp v. ADI, 193 N.J. Super. 701 (App. Div 1984), which former Judge Pressler, in her authoritative treatise Current New Jersey Court Rules, has cited as precedent in the area of jurisdiction. He represents clients in all areas of civil litigation and has used computer technology effectively in the preparation and presentation of their cases.
