Brian Donnelly concentrates his practice on business and estate planning and commercial litigation. He earned a B.A. at the University of Maryland his J.D. at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and served as the General Equity and Probate law clerk to the Honorable James E. Rafferty, J.S.C. Mr. Donnelly is a 14-year veteran of the armed forces and former U.S. Marine. He is currently a Captain and Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Army Reserves. In December of 2008 he was mobilized to Rosslyn, Virginia and the Pentagon to provide legal support to the Iraqi court system in prosecuting suspected terrorists.
