Candace Scott is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial law Attorney and is on the roster for economic mediation in Morris, Sussex, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. In addition to traditional litigation of family law matters, Candace is a trained divorce mediator, family law arbitrator and collaborative divorce attorney.

Candace is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial lawyers, New Jersey Chapter; the American Bar Association, Family Law Section; the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section; the Morris County Bar Association and Family Law Committee. She regularly serves as a Morris County Early Settlement Panelist. She is a member of the New Jersey Collaborative law Group, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the New Jersey Divorce Arbitrators Association, and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
