Carolyn N. Daly, a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Seton Hall University School of Law, is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney.  Attorney Daly is a member of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section; the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section and the Morris County Bar Association, Family Law Section.  She is a non-voting member of the NJ Family Law Executive Committee's committee on the NJ Rules of Court.  She is co-chair of the Morris County Real Estate Committee.  Ms. Daly regularly serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Morris County.  Her practice focuses on family law, including divorce, custody, domestic violence, grandparents' rights and non-dissolution matters. She also handles residential real estate matters.
