Christopher A. Seeger is one of the nation's leading mass torts and class action litigators. A founding member of Seeger Weiss LLP, Mr. Seeger has served on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in many of the highest profile pharmaceutical multidistrict litigations in the country. He graduated, magna cum laude, from Cardozo Law School where he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law. A distinguished trial lawyer, Mr. Seeger won a $2 million Rezulin-related verdict in 2003 against Pfizer, Inc., and recently tried the second Vioxx-related claim in the United States. Mr. Seeger currently serves as Co-Lead Counsel in the federal Vioxx MDL in Louisiana. Mr. Seeger was also lead counsel in the $700 million settlement with Eli Lilly regarding the prescription drug Zyprexa.
