Daniel Y. Gielchinsky serves Herten Burstein’s clients in the area of commercial, chancery, civil, and bankruptcy litigation and in matters relating to land use. Mr. Gielchinsky regularly appears before various trial courts in connection with trials, argument of motions, and conferences. Mr. Gielchinsky enhances the firm's business practice with his experience in advising individual and corporate clientele in a variety of bankruptcy-related matters. He has successfully litigated shareholder disputes, employment issues, business valuation, securities, real estate, commercial, preferential transfer and class action cases. His finance degree and background at a financial services company provide him with a strong business orientation and working knowledge of these issues to better serve the needs of our business clientele. Mr. Gielchinsky regularly appears before municipal planning and zoning boards of adjustment to obtain variances and other forms of zoning relief for a variety of residential, commercial, office and mixed-use projects. He serves the firm's real estate clients in a number of capacities, including litigation, property development, condominium law and local, state and federal regulatory aspects.
