David Castellani fervently and competently represents clients in personal injury claims and employment discrimination and wrongful termination litigation. The owner of Castellani Law Firm LLC in Northfield, New Jersey, David has won more than $1 million in settlements, verdicts and arbitration awards.
Due to his litigation success, David was honored with the designation of certified civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the New Jersey and Atlantic County bar associations.
David graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers-Camden School of Law in 1991. With 20 years of experience, he has gained compensation for and defended the interests of numerous accident victims and wronged employees.
One of David's proudest achievements, however, was obtaining a $3.8 million award for the children of an individual killed in the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center. His work was done pro bono through the New York City organization Trial Lawyers Care, and his efforts were recognized in the report "Thousands of Heroes the Rest of Us Can Only Watch," which was submitted to the U.S. Congress.
