He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney. Mr. Caminiti graduated from Rutgers School of Law in 1976, and practices personal injury law, including medical malpractice. A partner at Breslin & Breslin, P.A., located in Hackensack, New Jersey, Mr. Caminiti dedicates himself to working for the best interests of his injured clients.

Serving Bergen County, Mr. Caminiti was special counsel to the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey and represented the state in tobacco litigation. He is on the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Association for Justice. Mr. Caminiti has written many articles, including topics such as litigation, insurance and settlements.
