Eugene Rosner was designated a Certified Elder Law Attorney in 1996 by the National Elder Law Foundation, a certifying organization recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He serves the legal needs of the elderly, the disabled and their families. His practice includes estate planning, guardianship, planning for the disabled, asset preservation planning, estate administration and family law. He frequently lectures for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and other organizations. He is past President of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a past Chairman of the Union County Bar Association Elder Law Committee.
