Jim graduated from Woodbridge High School in 1979. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1983 and his law degree from the University of Dayton in 1986. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar the same year. Prior to joining the firm, Jim was a judicial law clerk.
Jim manages the Flemington and Somerville office for Levinson Axelrod.
Jim is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, and focuses his practice on liability claims for those injured in automobile accidents, falls, and construction accidents.
He is past President of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association. Due to his extensive trial experience, Jim was qualified to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He went on to become President of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2008. Jim is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Hunterdon County Bar Association and the Somerset County Bar Association.
Jim has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list. This list acknowledges the top trial lawyers in the State of New Jersey. He has obtained many recoveries on behalf of clients in excess of $1,000,000.00 in both trial and settlement.
