Jerry Casser conducts a boutique law practice which specializes in most legal issues involving private bus companies, i.e. regulatory compliance, insurance subrogation and tax. He has represented more than 300 privately owned passenger transportation companies ranging in size from one vehicle owner/operated companies to the largest bus company in North America. While most of his clients are located in NJ, he represents transportation companies in NY, PA, and many other states which fall under Federal regulation. He also presently represents or has represented in the past, several trade associations of transportation companies, including the NJ Motorbus Association, Greater NJ Motorcoach Association, Atlantic City Bus Owners Association, NJ School Bus Association and Newark Airport Limousine Association. Jerry is an active member of the United Motorcoach Association, the American Bus Association, the Transportation Lawyers Association and the Association of Transportation Law Professionals. He publishes a Transportation Law Blog and has written numerous articles and has spoken to many transportation groups on issues involving the bus transportation industry.
