Joseph J. Bell's legal experience is focused primarily on municipal law, civil rights, labor and employment, criminal and tort law. Bell is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and holds a Master's in Labor Law from New York University School of Law. Mr. Bell was elected to the Office of Morris County Clerk (1983-1987). He has exceptional knowledge of government and serves as Municipal Solicitor in the Boroughs of Chatham and Florham Park. He serves as County Counsel to the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders. Mr. Bell has successfully argued several landmark cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court and holds memberships in the American, New Jersey, New York, and Morris County Bar Associations as well as ATLA and the NELA.
