Kathleen M. Reilly is the co-founder and managing partner of Brady, Brady & Reilly in Kearny, New Jersey. As an attorney, Ms. Reilly has been handling serious personal injury claims in New Jersey courts for nearly 30 years. Her recent successes include a $6 million verdict in a construction accident case, a $1.2 million settlement in an automobile accident case, and a $1.2 million verdict in an accident involving a bicycle and a limousine. Ms. Reilly is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a certified civil trial attorney, a distinction claimed by less than 2 percent of New Jersey lawyers.
Ms. Reilly is a 1982 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. She has been in private practice in Hudson County since 1990, representing plaintiffs in different types of litigation but always with an emphasis on personal injury. She is a past president of the West Hudson Bar Association, and is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice Top 100 Trial Lawyers, the Hudson County Bar Association and is a Fellow of the Litigatation Counsel of America.
