Lauren D. McFadden is an Associate with Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP practicing in its Personal Injury Group. Ms. McFadden has extensive trial experience having appeared before juries most frequently in Sussex and Morris Counties. She handles cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, auto accidents, and slips and falls as well as Workers' Compensation matters. Most notably, Ms. McFadden with Andrew Fraser, Esq. obtained two of the highest jury verdicts for personal injury cases in Sussex County history in 2005 (Feinhals v. Aumick, $1.065 million) and in 2006 (Yucius v. Venturi, $1.25 million). Ms. McFadden is Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Sussex County Bar Association and a member of ATLA-NJ. She is a graduate of Rutgers College and Seton Hall University School of Law.
