Linda's Elder and Disability practice includes Medicaid, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Social Security, and Guardianship. Ms. Ershow-Levenberg is an Elder Law planner and litigator. Certified in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation since 1999, she lectures for professional and community groups and is chairman of the New Jersey Bar Association Elder Law Section. Linda is co-author of the new LexisNexis Practice Guide: New Jersey Elder Law, released in 2008. A mentor to other lawyers through the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, New Jersey State Bar Association, and Rutgers School of Law, Linda has also been training Douglass College Externs for 21 years.
