Luis J. Amaro is a commercial litigation attorney experienced in a wide spectrum of complex matters, including breach of contract claims, partnership disputes and insurance coverage issues. He has successfully advocated for clients in the New Jersey Supreme Court and in the federal courts of New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Amaro graduated with his J.D. from the Boston College Law School in 1997. While working for a prominent liability firm, he turned his education and talent toward medical negligence and products, automotive and premises liability cases. He was soon promoted to managing attorney of the Hudson County office, where he handled sophisticated liability cases of all kinds.
Later, as a member of a commercial firm, Mr. Amaro was responsible for complex commercial real estate matters and for civil and probate litigation surrounding liability issues.
In 2010, Mr. Amaro opened his own law practice. Located in North Bergen, New Jersey, the Law Offices of Luis J. Amaro, Jr., LLC, provides quality representation for both English and Spanish speakers in a wide variety of commercial, probate, insurance, personal injury and real estate concerns.
