Mark A. Berman defends complex commercial and white-collar criminal cases at trial and on appeal. He has represented companies and individuals in a wide range of areas, including health care fraud and abuse, unfair trade practices, corporate compliance, products liability, shareholder litigation, SEC/NASD enforcement proceedings, whistleblower actions, and Section 1983 litigation.
