Mark is a partner in the law firm of Levinson Axelrod. He specializes in the litigation of personal injury matters on behalf of plaintiffs, handling cases involving construction site accidents, defective products, medical and nursing home malpractice, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims. Mark graduated from Rutger's University School of Law at Camden in 1990.  Afterwards, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Herman L. Breitkopf, the Assignment Judge for the Superior Court in Middlesex County.  Mark is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney; a past President of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association; as well as a member of the exclusive American Board of Trial Advocates.
