Attorney Miles R. Feinstein received his law degree from Duke University School of Law in 1966, and after a clerkship with the Honorable Morris Pashman he began practicing criminal law. He has tried numerous homicide cases including capital cases and has been the subject of many legal and newspaper articles, including an Associated Press article entitled "Feinstein: His Specialty is Murder." He has represented working people, politicians, police officers, lawyers, doctors, dentists, athletes and celebrities when they have needed criminal defense.
Mr. Feinstein has appeared extensively as an expert commentator on Court TV and on numerous television and radio programs. He has been a lecturer for many bar association groups and civic associations and has lectured and made presentations for years on techniques for successful cross-examinations.
