Patrick J. Jennings is certified by The Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Jennings is a former law clerk to the Honorable Kevin M. O'Halloran, former Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Chancery Division, General Equity Part.
Mr. Jennings is also a licensed New York attorney. He maintains an office in Saratoga Springs, New York and represents owners, trainers, and jockeys in the Thoroughbred and Harness racing industry.
