Paul Castronovo is an experienced trial attorney focusing on employee rights. His peers have chosen him for the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 New Jersey Super Lawyers® lists and previously to the 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Rising Stars lists. As a trial lawyer, Paul has won more than $5.6 million in jury verdicts and judgments for his clients. He has argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey on precedent-setting whistleblower and sexual harassment cases. The New Jersey Appellate Division praised Paul's written and oral advocacy as "masterful." After graduating from Rutgers Law School, Paul studied litigation and trials while serving as a law clerk for Judge Helen Hoens (later a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey). Upon entering private practice, Paul began his law firm career with two large defense firms representing Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and closely held businesses. He practices in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York. When not practicing law, Paul enjoys his time with his wife Amy and daughter Katie while hoping the Mets will someday return to the playoffs.
