Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1993, Richard A. Gantner, Esq. is a trial attorney concentrating primarily on tort litigation, representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, securities arbitration and insurance disputes in state and federal matters in New Jersey. He is also licensed to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. Richard has earned certification by the New Jersey Bar Association as a Civil Trial Attorney, a designation that is earned only by experienced and highly skilled trial lawyers.
Lawyer Richard A. Gantner is formerly a municipal court judge in the Township of Marlboro. An experienced mediator and hearing officer, he is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Somerset and Middlesex County Bar Associations and the of American Association for Justice in New Jersey. Mr. Gantner is also a member of the Supreme Court Municipal Court Rules Committee. He graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 1993 and has co-authored a number of publications on subjects that include trial excellence, closed head injuries, contractual issues and bad faith insurance.
