Seton Hall Graduate, B.A. 1982.  Villanova Law School Graduate 1985.   A partner with Levinson Axelrod since 1991.  Rich is a Certified Workers Compensation Attorney since the programs inception.   He also handles plaintiffs personal injury and employment cases.  He is a member of  Carpenters Union Local  #1342  and is a union rights advocate. Rich handles construction site cases where he feels he is most effective.  His experience as a carpenter affords him the ability to understand how a construction site works and how and why accidents happen.  His union background is used as an integral part of his practice.  Rich is the Chair of the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety & Health, a workers rights advocacy group and is an animal rights activist.
