• Johnson v. Braddy - New Jersey Supreme Court, argued appeal on behalf of the Medical Society of New Jersey, an amicus
• New Jersey Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Inc. v. New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners, Supreme Court of New Jersey, (A-92-04). • Mayteka v. Chatlos - Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County - Defendants' verdict in a defamation case brought by against two parents who sought to have their children’s' gym investigate the background of one of the gym's instructors.
• MSNJ v. Jacobs - Lead counsel on challenge to the NJ State Board of Medical Examiners' license renewal process under the Americans with Disabilities Act - Attorney Fee Award against state of $233,000
• New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society v. Horizon, Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer County - Represented the plaintiff society in a challenge to the defendant's denial of payment to podiatrists for ankle x-rays.  Obtained for the society's members a favorable settlement which resulted in them being properly reimbursed for ankle x-rays., 2010
