Profile

Steven R. Neuner has been practicing law for 29 years, with his most extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial and business law, civil litigation, and real estate. Since 1987, he has  served as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in New Jersey. Since 1993, he has been certified as a business bankruptcy specialist (currently held with American Board of Certification). He regularly is called on to represent other trustees, as well as both debtors and creditors in a variety of bankruptcy proceedings. He has filed and obtained successful results in hundreds of adversary proceedings seeking avoidance and recovery of fraudulent transfers and preferential transfers. He regularly presents seminars and writes articles for lawyers and non-lawyers alike. Like his firm generally, his goal is to provide all clients with timely, practical and accurate advice, and to use his experience to reach positive, practical and cost-effective results. When going to court is needed, he draws on years of practical and legal experience. He has pursued in court everything from multi-million dollar shareholder litigation to more garden variety matters.
