Ty Hyderally has been included in the Ten Leaders of Employment Law in Northern NJ and concentrates in Employment Law. In August 2006 he was included as a New Jersey Super Lawyer. The Firm, comprised of six attorneys and support staff, takes pride in aggressively and efficiently litigating to protect the rights of their clients whether the party on the other side is a small company or a mega company of over 10,000 employees. This bulldog firm follows two mantras:-- ferocity and velocity. The firm litigates in all areas of employment law including discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower, medical leave issues, and breach of contract. Further, Mr. Hyderally has argued before the appellate courts. Mr. Hyderally has a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from University of California at Berkeley [Boalt Hall]. Mr. Hyderally is admitted before the New Jersey State and Federal Courts, the New York Federal Courts, the US Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He currently serves as the President of the National Employment Law Association (NJ) which is a position he serves with pride and honor. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the NJ Employment Law Seminar. His appointment to Section Co-Chair of the Law Clerk Subcommittee was approved in September 2006. He also serves as the Co-Chair of the Employee Right's and Responsibilities' Trial Advocacy Committee of the American Bar Association. Further, he is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association (Employment Section) and the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section). He was also recently elevated to Section Co-Chair for the Law Clerk Sub-committee for the ABA that is responsible for the training of law clerks to Federal District Court Judges around the country. He is a frequent guest lecturer on the topic of employment law at events sponsored by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-NJ (ATLA NJ), (National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), Tulane Law School, and the Colorado Bar Association. He has presented employment seminars to attorneys, human resources professionals and corporate officers on such subjects as employment law, sexual harassment, workplace torts, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. He has published articles on various employment topics and published employment opinions before the New Jersey Supreme Court on the issue of Sexual Harassment (LAD) and Whistleblower (CEPA). He has also conducted arbitration cases before the AAA, the NYSE, and the NASD and has litigated nationally. Hyderally advises on employment issues and auditing companies' employment practices, and he has drafted several company employment manuals and conducted training and seminars for companies.
