• Holds the highest rating as an attorney ("AV") from Martindale-Hubbell.  Martindale-Hubbell is the oldest, nationally-recognized legal reference company in the country. The AV rating signifies that the lawyer has reached the heights of professional excellence and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity by the bench and bar.
• Appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey for membership and service on the District Ethics Committee for a four-year term 2008-2012
• Member, Million Dollar Advocates Forum: Established in 1993, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.

• Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey; only 2% of the attorneys in New Jersey are certified by the Supreme Court

Verdicts and Settlements:

• Won a landmark sexual abuse case in 2008 before the New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of "R.L." In 2010, that ruling set the stage for a legislative change to New Jersey's Sexual Abuse Law. If the pending bill passes, a victim of abuse will no longer have to file a lawsuit within a two-year statute of limitations of when the victim knew he or she was abused and connects that abuse to his or her injuries.
• Successfully argued and won the case of Pfenninger v. Hunterdon Central High School before the NJ Supreme Court. This was a leading construction negligence case that was litigated over a period of 8 years. The construction worker's widow and her children were awarded a 7-figure settlement.
