William Bigham has a varied business litigation practice, concentrating on commercial and complex litigation in state and federal courts and on alternative dispute processes. He is experienced with sophisticated business disputes, including breach of contract and a variety of business torts, as well as restrictive covenant and other employment matters, class actions, shareholder and partnership disputes and insurance litigation. Mr. Bigham is also engaged in the counseling of the firm's corporate clients and in corporate and commercial transactions.
