Jim Branch is a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist (NBTA and New Mexico). He is a former law professor (University of Denver, and adjunct at the University of New Mexico) and has taught courses in evidence, international law, trial practice, procedure, and other subjects. He has been on the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) for the past 25 years.
