Founding partners Peter Bodnar and Lydia Milone have instilled in the firm’s attorneys the need to be proactive. All six lawyers approach each case with a hands-on, team mentality toward finding the right solution for their clients. “We translate client concerns into concrete solutions, vigorously advocate, and deftly negotiate,” says Mr. Bodnar.

Both Mr. Bodnar and Ms. Milone have been selected by their peers for The Best Lawyers in America® and are Fellows of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (as is Pamela Jenson) and members of the Executive Committee of the Westchester County Bar’s Family Law Section. Together, they offer nearly 60 years of matrimonial law experience between them. This vast pool of knowledge is brought to bear in every case.
