From the beginning, Cohen & Perfetto LLP set out to create a different kind of real estate law firm—a boutique firm that could quickly and effectively serve clients with all the capabilities but none of the red tape often seen in large firms. Providing personal, individual relationships for clients ranging from publicly traded Fortune 500 companies to small, family-run businesses, Cohen & Perfetto has cemented its place in the real estate market.
