Judith Livingston was the youngest and first female attorney elected to the Inner Circle of Advocates, an elite group of the top 100 trial attorneys in the country. She is a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, a member of the International Society of Barristers and a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. The National Law Journal named her as one of America’s Top 50 Women Litigators and New York magazine cited her as one of the best lawyers in New York. Matthew Gaier, a graduate of New York University School of Law, devotes his time to appellate cases. His work has helped cement the firm’s prominent success in that area. Along with Moore, Gaier co-authors a regular column in the New York Law Journal devoted to medical malpractice issues. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
