Profile

Allen A. Drexel concentrates his practice on complex family law matters, including divorce, spousal and child support, child custody, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and same-sex relationship issues. After graduating from Stanford Law School, Mr. Drexel clerked for U.S. District Court Judge A. Joe Fish and then practiced commercial litigation at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Immediately before forming Drexel Grande LLC, he practiced at Hogan & Hartson LLP, where he represented individuals in family law matters involving substantial estates. Mr. Drexel sits on the Matrimonial Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. He has lectured and written on matrimonial law issues and has been quoted in The New York Times and elsewhere on family law topics.
