Mr. Weitz believes that the greatest achievement of a trial lawyer is effecting social change. He prides himself on holding corporations to account for their misdeeds and holding individuals responsible for their negligence. His firm's aggressive litigation strategies force both individuals and corporations to take stock of their actions. Mr. Weitz is a Director of New York State Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the Boards of Directors and is general counsel for Parents for Megan's Law and The New York Academy for Traumatic Brain Injury. He is also the Chairperson of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Historic Village of Roslyn. Mr. Weitz holds a Ph.D. from New York University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
