As an Attorney representing plaintiffs in catostrophic injury cases my goals have always been to obtain compensation for them which will provide for all of their future economic and medical needs. My experience ranges from representing injured persons in cases involving Construction accidents,Medical Malpractice,Automobile Accidents, Products Liability Cases,Legal Malpractice, to Civil Rights Cases invoving Police Brutality among which was the shooting death of Amadou Diallo by Officers of the New York City Police Department. I have also written extensively on Medical Malpractice. I have also lectured on various aspects of prosecuting all types of personal injury cases.
