Since he began practicing law in 1981, Barry Washor has established a name as one of the top medical malpractice and personal injury lawyers in New York. Within just two years, Mr. Washor was trying major medical malpractice cases and by age 27 was made a partner. He left the defense side to become a plaintiff's attorney in 1988, but his experience as a defense attorney gave Mr. Washor unique and invaluable insight into how insurers defend and evaluate medical malpractice lawsuits.
