Brian S. Weiss has been with Garganigo, Goldsmith & Weiss since beginning his legal career in 2004. Mr. Weiss is active in all phases of immigration and nationality law, focusing primarily on employment and family-based immigration, including PERM, nonimmigrant visa processing (such as H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E, TN, etc.), green card and immigrant visa processing, citizenship, TPS, NACARA, etc. Mr. Weiss represents both corporate and individual clients, including multinational, mid-sized and small companies in the fields of Insurance and Financial Services, Hospitality, Fashion, IT Services, Finance and Banking, Accounting, Restaurants, Social Media, Asset and Investment Management, Transportation, Digital Media, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.
