Cheryl R. David handles all aspects of immigration and nationality law with an emphasis on deportation and family-based cases. She served as Chair of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), 2006-2007. Her current professional appointments include Chair of AILA's national liaison committee with U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement; Director, AILA Board of Governors; Board of Directors, City Bar Fund; and Member, Immigration & Nationality Committee of the City Bar. Ms. David is a frequent lecturer on deportation and family-based immigration issues. She is admitted to the bar in New York, Massachusetts, the Second Circuit, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
