Dallin M. Fuchs is a seasoned trial attorney who, as lead and sole trial counsel, obtained three (3) separate multi-million dollar jury verdicts before his 38th birthday. Mr. Fuchs is the youngest Partner in the history of Queller, Fisher, Washor, Fuchs and Kool (and its predecessor firms). Mr. Fuchs also served as lead trial counsel in the case of Goncalves v. City of New York, which resulted in a 10.5 million dollar settlement, reached during jury deliberations, for a Plaintiff rendered pariplegic in an excavation site accident.
