Daniel J. Kaiser, a founding partner of Kaiser Saurborn & Mair, P.C., has concentrated his practice on employment law and employment litigation for more than 20 years. Mr. Kaiser is a 1986 graduate of the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and a 1989 graduate of New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York courts, in Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and in the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
