David B. Corley is a partner at Trolman, Glaser & Lichtman, P.C., a Manhattan personal injury law firm serving clients throughout New York City, Long Island and Westchester County. Mr. Corley represents injured plaintiffs in a wide variety of accident cases, including construction site accidents, motor vehicle accidents, falls on city streets, playground accidents, fires and accidents caused by defective or unreasonably dangerous products. He has also represented medical malpractice victims and people who have been raped or assaulted in unsafe buildings. Mr. Corley has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts for clients, including recent verdicts of $12.8 million for a woman who suffered neck fractures due to a roadway design defect and $10 million for another woman who suffered a fractured back due to bus company negligence and a manufacturer’s faulty redesign of a minibus.

Mr. Corley is a 1986 graduate of the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law Center. He was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 1987 and is admitted to practice in the U.S. district courts for the Eastern and Southern districts of New York. Mr. Corley is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

  • Verdict for $2 million dollars: Against the driver of a truck and the truck company that rear-ended a woman who sustained a serious aggravation and exacerbation of a pre-existing neck condition
  • Verdict for $3.5 million dollars: Against a building owner, for a woman who suffered a serious fracture of the right arm as a result of slipping on oil and grease that was present on the interior stairwell at the time of her fall
  • Verdict for $10 million dollars: For a woman who suffered a fractured back in a products-liability claim against the manufacturer for the defective redesign of a minibus; and the company that operated the bus
  • Verdict for $12.8 million dollars: Against the County of Nassau in a roadway design case for a women who suffered a fractured neck
