Attorney David J. Hernandez focuses on personal injury, litigation and real estate law. His law firm, David J. Hernandez & Associates serves New York City, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island.

Mr. Hernandez graduated in 1986 from New York University School of Law. He is also a graduate of Fordham University. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America and courts in New York and New Jersey.

Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Hernandez served as the 50th president of the Puerto Rican Bar Association and served on the New York Hispanic Bar Task Force on the Judicial Selection Committee and the New York State Conference of Bar Leaders. He was selected to New York Super Lawyers in 2007 and 2010.

Currently, Mr. Hernandez serves as a member of the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Second Department, Advisory Committee on Civil Practice to the Chief Administrative Judge, NYSBA House of Delegates, and Grievance Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association.
