Profile

Donald Flexner is one of three Managing Partners of Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP. His main practice areas include antitrust litigation and counseling. He has represented clients in civil and criminal matters and before the United States Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and other federal and state enforcement authorities. Mr. Flexner has served as lead counsel in major antitrust cases, including the successful American Express case against Visa and MasterCard and the defense of major domestic airlines, manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, telecommunications firms, defense contractors, and transportation companies. Mr. Flexner has appeared in numerous federal and state courts and has argued before the United States Supreme Court.
