Verdicts and Settlements:

• Obtained a $24 million award at an arbitration representing the former CFO of Six Flags.  Obtained a $7.5 million verdict in a disability discrimination case against Wal-Mart in the Eastern District of New York, a $7.5 million verdict in a sexual harassment/retaliation case in the Southern District, and a $2.25 million dollar verdict in a violation of due process claim in the Eastern District.  Also devote a portion of my practice to criminal matters.  For example, after being retained by Hollywood Video, secured the complete acquittal, after trial, of a Hollywood Video Store manager faced with a 25-count indictment and 135 years in prison.
