Profile

Catastrophe has struck yourself or a loved one. It is difficult to choose the right lawyer to work hard for you. Eliot, while maintaining a successful podiatric medical and surgical practice, completed St. John's Law School, attending at night, over 20 years ago. Then Eliot spent nearly a decade representing physicians in medical malpractice actions and building up an office with over 50 employees. For the last decade the firm has exclusively represented victims of negligence, Eliot and his partner, Marvin Fuhrman, obtained settlements and verdicts of over $10 million for their clients in the last year. As a former physician and surgeon, Eliot is often at a distinct advantage when representing injured clients. The firm's compassion, dedication, responsiveness, and work ethic, coupled with limiting the number of cases accepted, allow for personal handling of your litigation by experienced trial attorneys. The firm provides free consultations for serious injury cases.
