Mr. Miller joined Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C. in 1986 and is a Partner/Director and head of the firm's Health Care Practice Group. He specializes in the representation of hospital and other health care providers, with emphasis on managed care, regulatory, third-party reimbursement and hospital/physician matters. Admitted to practice law in New York and California, Mr. Miller is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (Committee on Health Law) and the State Bar of California. He has also served as Counsel to the New York State Health Planning Commission.
