As the founding lawyer of Subin Associates, PC, a personal injury law firm in New York, New York, Herbert Subin is the lead trial lawyer for the firm. His successes in court have obtained verdicts and settlements of multiple millions of dollars for his clients. Taking a hands-on approach to his practice, he works with his clients throughout the entire legal process to develop creative and novel strategies aimed at success. In addition to his court experience, Mr. Subin has also appeared as a legal analyst on national television and has received significant attention from the local media.
Mr. Subin completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University, receiving a B.A. in Philosophy. In 1986, he graduated cum laude from the Boston University School of Law, where he was a participant in the Stone Moot Court Competition. He is a Paul J. Liacos Scholar.
Mr. Subin is admitted to the New York and Connecticut Bar Associations, as well as the United States District Court of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In 1989, he became a member of the Supreme Court Committee of New York County Lawyers.
