Jack Tuckner is the founding partner of Tuckner, Sipser, Weinstock & Sipser, LLP, in New York, New York. His progressive law firm is dedicated to empowering women in the workplace.

As a civil rights lawyer, Mr. Tuckner champions the rights of working women. He believes that whether she works in a small local business or a mega corporation, she deserves to be treated with respect and equality.

Mr. Tuckner represents individuals in a wide range of employment-related issues, including sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, equal pay discrepancies and Family and Medical Leave Act violations. In addition, Mr. Tuckner and his firm advocate for women and men who are experiencing discrimination as a result of their sexual orientation or preferences.

As a strong supporter of women’s rights, Mr. Tuckner maintains an active involvement with a variety of organizations, including the National Employment Lawyers Association, the New York Women's Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the International Alliance of Holistic Lawyers, 9 to 5 (National Association of Working Women) and Feminist.com.
